Anthony Smock
Founder & CEO
Here is a brief overview of my background and experience in the security industry: At seventeen, I began my career working in small, unarmed gated communities, providing protection for residents. My responsibilities included youth intervention and deterring crime in monitoring lots. I also collaborated with the Department of Transportation to check lights and heated hubs for semi-trailers, as well as signing and reporting on various activities. By eighteen, I advanced to armed security positions at apartment complexes and construction sites, where I managed interactions with homeless individuals. During this time, I also took on supervisory responsibilities and handled loss prevention duties. At nineteen, I became the youngest armored car driver and transporter in the state of Indiana. Between the ages of twenty and twenty-five, I worked at the Department of Child Services and various events, including Stout Field, GM Stamping Plant, Central State, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Pride festivals. I managed large teams of twenty or more security personnel and was responsible for the safety of 70,000 individuals at these events. I collaborated with police from multiple departments across Indiana, coordinated traffic control, and provided private personal protection for various entertainers and athletes. Additionally, I organized private charity events, cleared vacant buildings, and achieved certifications, excelling in firearm training, CPR, AED defibrillator use, non-lethal defense, hand-to-hand combat, handcuffing, emergency response, active shooter training, surveillance awareness, terrorism threats, and domestic awareness. I had founded Indy Security LLC and received certification as a USCCA Firearm Instructor. This allowed me to improve the range of services provided to the security officers at Indy Security LLC. By the age of thirty, my commitment to enhancing our offerings continued to shape the growth of the business.

She ensures that all security protocols are, maintaining a safe environment for everyone involved. Misty's leadership and attention to detail are vital in coordinating efforts and responding to any security challenges that arise. Her commitment to excellence drives the success of the operations under her command.

As Lieutenant, Mariah plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between field staff and
upper management. In her middle-management position, she effectively oversees multiple locations, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. Her leadership and organizational skills are essential for maintaining a cohesive team and success across all locations.
